Its owner, Mike Gelfand, while working at his parents’ Quail Valley Butcher Shop in the 70’s, developed a keen liking to the creation of a quality and tasty meat hamburger patty. After marrying his true love, Valarie Lemmon in 1981, they both made a pact to go out on their own to establish a unique, grilled hamburger food
establishment.
Red’s Grill was first established on FM 359 in the Pecan Grove
area in 1990 before relocating to their new and super convenient location at 7850
W Grand Pkwy S Suite 500, Richmond, Tx 77406 (281 762-1702) 11:00 am-7:30
pm Monday-Saturday. Their specialty – Red’s Grill Hamburger.
With Mike’s vast experience as a butcher, he inspects each incoming order of
meat from their supplier to assure his quality standards for making a 100% USDA
hamburger patty. Together, Mike and Valarie are in a daily quest in making sure
their old or new customer will have the best, most juicy experience eating their
Red’s Grill Hamburger made with different combinations to fit their customer’s
special appetite. As a result, their customer base continues to grow, which makes
Mike and Valarie’s dedication and commitment of long prep and service hour’s
worth every minute. What the customer will experience is over 34 years of
hamburger perfection.
